Best Practices

• Look out at least 6-8 weeks in advance for your event/church use
• Pick at least two dates/times for the event, in case the church is already reserved
• Once a date is picked, send in paperwork ASAP to ensure everything is in place.

If you have a monthly event (re: Bible Study), please complete one form that will cover the duration of the session. If you have a monthly event that changes each month (re: Reasons to Believe), please complete one form each month, including the new information for that event.
