     Walt Roberts has been the pastor at Crossroads since 2007 but has been a pastor for a lot longer than that. He attended bible college in Southern California, and has graduate degrees in both Christian Apologetics and International Relations. He and his wife Kim have three kids – Joshua, Daniel, and Samantha.

Ralph Bradley III has been our Associate Minister since 2016. Ralph leads our Worship Ministry and Strive Student Ministry. Ralph and his wife Lauren, have been married for 11 years and they have 4 boys, Cort, Landon, Hunter and Kaleb.

   Hannah Gayman has been Crossroads Church’s Children’s Director since 2014. Hannah graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a B.S. in Bible. She has been working with children both at church and in school for 8 years. She has a love for teaching! Hannah has been married to her husband, Jeremiah since June 2015. Together they have three children, Naomi, Miriam, and Luke.

     Sarah Peterson has been the administrative assistant at Crossroads since September 2017. She graduated Hagerstown Community College in 2009 with a certificate in administrative assisting and has had many years of clerical and customer service experience. She has been married to her husband, Sean since October 2011 and they have two children, Alaina and Colt.
